Speak up

If you see something that is wrong — unsafe, unethical or illegal — tell us. You can report confidentially and, if you prefer, anonymously.

Who can report, and what

Employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, community members and anyone else may report a genuine concern about Kursi Group, its subsidiaries or people acting on our behalf, including:

  • Bribery or corruption
  • Fraud, theft or financial misconduct
  • Health, safety or environmental concern
  • Human rights, child or forced labour
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Illegal mining or mineral sourcing
  • Misuse of personal data
  • Other misconduct

Our promise to you

Reports go to a restricted team independent of the people concerned. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, even if the concern turns out to be mistaken. If you choose to stay anonymous, keep your reference number so you can follow up.

For an emergency or immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first.
