Who we are

A mining-led Nigerian conglomerate, built since 2007 around one idea: Nigeria’s mineral wealth should create industrial capability and shared prosperity at home.

We participate across the mineral lifecycle — from exploration and extraction to beneficiation, refining, trading and manufacturing — so that more value is retained within Nigeria.

Kursi Group Limited (RC 7201389) is headquartered in Abuja. The Group traces its roots to the incorporation of Kursi Investments Limited in 2007 and has since expanded into an ecosystem of eleven companies spanning minerals, downstream manufacturing, engineering, technology, finance, agriculture, real estate and creative enterprise.

We hold titles to some of Nigeria’s most promising mineral assets, with combined resource and reserve estimates the Group puts at over US$100 billion. We mine, process and trade base metals, precious metals, gemstones and rare-earth minerals, and supply off-takers, manufacturers and end users in the global value chain.
