Kursi Group Founder and Chairman, Ambassador Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki Gambari, MFR, took part in the 12th Annual Mining Series in Cape Town, South Africa, alongside the Executive Governor of Kwara State and Nigeria’s Minister of Solid Minerals Development.
The Nigerian delegation used the platform to present investment opportunities in Kwara State’s mineral sector and to set out the role of responsible mining, environmental impact assessment and community engagement in unlocking that potential.
Kursi’s own investments across the value chain — from mining and processing to refining and jewellery manufacturing — were presented as an example of how local value addition can be built in Nigeria.
